 Our Shipping Policy

Orders placed by noon normally ship the same day.

Orders placed after normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm EST, will be shipped out the next business day.

 Our Shipping Rates

  •  We use Real Time UPS based on total purchase weight.
  •  Certain items may have an additional charge due to excessive weight.
  •  All orders are shipped via UPS Ground.

 Real Time UPS

       *Free shipping applies only to orders of $150.00 or more that are being shipped within the Continental United States.

  •  For additional UPS Shipping Rates such as 3 Day, 2nd Day or Overnight, for orders being placed within the Continental United States, please contact us directly at 1-800-227-8169.
  •  For International Shipping Rates, for orders being placed outside of the Continental United States, please contact us directly at 1-800-227-8169.

       Professional Supply is not responsible for any damage caused during the shipping process. This will need to be handled directly through UPS.



 Our Returns/Exchange Policy

  •  All items are subject to our 30 day return policy, which is determined by the date of receipt.
  •  Our standard 15% re-stocking fee applies on all items returned.
  •  Shipping charges will not be refunded.

 Standard Returns:

  •  To return and / or exchange an item that you have purchased, we ask that you contact our office to obtain an RMA number. (1-800-227-8169)
  •  All items must be returned in the original packaging, including all of the original paperwork.
  •  If the item appears to have been used, a refund will not be provided.

 Defective Items:

  •  To exchange an item that is believed to be defective, you will need to follow the Standard return procedure.
  •  After the item has been received, Professional Supply will inspect the item to determine if it is indeed defective.
  •  If the item is found to be defective, we will ship a new one out at no cost to the customer.
  •  If we do not find the item to be defective and the item has not been used, our standard return policy will apply.
  •  If we do not find the item to be defective and the item has been used, a refund will not be provided.
